Design for Six Sigma

UnitedLex's Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) process architecture is core to our proprietary review process throughout our intellectual property, contracts & sourcing, litigation support, and immigration services. The entire process has been designed to achieve measurable performance at each level and enable targeted statistical based interventions to improve quality.

Our Engagement Models

Our clients normally use the shared services / transactional model in the pilot phase to validate quality and gain comfort with the workflow, after which they transition to a dedicated model to obtain its added benefits.  If more appropriate for any particular client, we also supply services on a purely shared services / transactional basis.

Dedicated Team

• Recommended for high sustained volumes
• Client receives permanently assigned team of resources
• Dedicated team works closely with client's in-house team
• Effective knowledge capture
• Allows scalability and continuity
• Effectively extension of client's in-house team

Full Time Equivalent Model

• Recommended for moderate volumes with volume commitment
• Resources selected from a restricted pool
• Effective solution for bursts of work

Project Based

• Recommended for low volumes
• Unstructured/Unrelated Projects
• Specific requirement/Transactional work
• Used by clients in the pilot phase to validate quality
