Performed base lining of the as-is searching process
Re-optimized the process to incorporate off-shore component
Patentability searches component was disaggregated from patent drafting (earlier sent to law firms)
Set up a centralized email address for receiving all search requests
UnitedLex patent engineers perform searches and send out results to client’s in-house attorneys and law firms on a case to case basis
UnitedLex customized and standardized search report formats for the client
