Elite eDiscovery Executive and Consultant Joins UnitedLex as Managing Director of Client Solutions

Overland Park, KS (February 1, 2012) – UnitedLex, a global full service provider of technology-powered legal and business solutions, today announced the latest addition to its team, appointing Michael Conner as Managing Director, Client Solutions. With his distinctive blend of legal and consulting experience, Conner will provide UnitedLex clients with strategic guidance and creative operational solutions. As a pioneer in applying empirical data in solving complex eDiscovery challenges, Conner brings material intellectual capital to UnitedLex's library of solutions.

Conner has over 17 years of experience in the collection, processing, and production of electronic data involved in litigation. Specializing in electronic discovery, database analytics, and forensic acquisition, he has worked with domestic and international law firms as well as the legal departments of national and multinational companies.

Prior to joining UnitedLex, Conner was the President at iControl ESI, a national provider of eDiscovery services.  Before that, he was a Dispute Senior Manager for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services where he provided forensic acquisition, electronic discovery and database analytics services.  Before joining Deloitte, Conner was a Litigation Technology Consultant for Davis Polk and Wardell, one of the world’s premier law firms.
