UnitedLex Achieves Second Generation ISO 27001:2005 Certification

Adherence to Internationally Recognized ISO Standards Verifies UnitedLex's Commitment to Best-in-Class Security Infrastructure

Overland Park, KS (September 14, 2010) - UnitedLex, a global full service provider of technology powered legal and business solutions, today announced that it has successfully achieved second generation level ISO 27001:2005 certification from Det Norske Veritas (DNV), an elite third-party registrar of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 

ISO 27001:2005 is an internationally recognized standard that ensures rigorous and proportionate security controls are set within the organization to safeguard client information and intellectual property assets. The certification specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of the organization's overall business risks.
