UnitedLex Announces Strategic Relationship with Ocean Tomo to Become Patent/Bid-Ask™ Broker in India

ATLANTA, Ga -- UnitedLex, a global leader in legal consulting, technology and outsourcing, today announced it has formed a strategic relationship with Ocean Tomo, LLC - the leading Intellectual Capital Merchant Banc® firm - to become a licensee of the firm’s Patent/Bid-Ask™ (PBA) program in India.

The PBA platform, developed by Ocean Tomo, is the first web and voice brokerage-based transactional marketplace, where virtually all issued patents and patent applications across 81 countries and patent-issuing authorities may be purchased, sold, or exclusively licensed on a fully paid basis if there is a willing buyer and seller.
