President

Dave has traveled the world managing complex litigation cases and testifying as a 30(b)(6) deposition witness for Global 100 companies and before the DOJ and the FTC. His core competency is translating the implications of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to reasonable physical preservation of potentially relevant data and safely navigating his clients through the eDiscovery process. In addition to being an expert witness and an eDiscovery consultant, Dave has extensive experience with every aspect of the litigation lifecycle.

In addition to his work in the Litigation Support practice, Dave has also had many opportunities to share his knowledge by teaching eDiscovery classes at the University of Missouri Kansas City, and by teaching at CLE's as a certified trainer nationwide.

Prior to joining UnitedLex, Dave was a Founding Partner in the eDiscovery practice group at a leading eDiscovery service provider. There he had been responsible for managing the development and growth of the firm's nationwide litigation support services. Along with his senior colleagues in the technology and delivery group at the firm, Dave spearheaded the company's growth into the top tier of litigation support service providers. His hard work, and the hard work of the team he managed, resulted in the firm being ranked as a Top 10 Litigation Service Provider by the Socha-Gelbman Survey for 2007.
