Michael Todd

Executive Vice President - Global Legal Services
General Counsel

Michael is a senior attorney possessing executive law firm and corporate insider experience. Prior to joining UnitedLex, Mike was a Senior Vice President-Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary for American Tower, a global telecommunications company. Mike handled American Tower's business development initiatives, including a number of acquisitions of real estate portfolios and the general corporate and litigation work for American Tower and one of its predecessor entities, SpectraSite.

Prior to 2003, Mike served as a Partner at Womble Carlyle, one of the largest law firms based in the southeastern U.S. While in private practice, he represented a variety of technology and basic industries clients in more than 100 significant domestic and international transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial and secondary offerings of securities, debt financings, joint ventures, and other business transactions. Earlier in his career, Mike served as an associate at a prominent New York-based law firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and served as Senior Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
