Eric brings 20 years of cross industry consulting, global business process and IT outsourcing experience working with Am Law 200 law firms and Fortune 1000 companies. A seasoned solution and consultative sales executive with proven success and leadership in developing highly motivated sales teams, Eric joined UnitedLex from Williams Lea where he held the position of Vice President, Legal Services, responsible for revenue achievement within the Legal BPO services practice and providing thought leadership to the Am Law 200 in the area of outsourcing and business process reengineering. Prior to his role at Williams Lea, Eric was Vice President, Business Development at Genpact where he led sales teams focused on driving global BPO and ITO services revenue within the Financial Services, Life Sciences and Manufacturing verticals.
